1. Scope and data controller

This Privacy Policy applies to the Burning Ball mobile game published by Huizhou Yingsong Technology Co., Ltd. We are the developer and data controller for information handled directly by the app.

For privacy questions or requests, contact zhtdeveloperapp@outlook.com.

02

2. Information stored locally

Burning Ball stores game progress, unlocked levels, best completion times, control and audio settings, rating-prompt status, and a pending best Game Center score on your device. We use Apple-provided storage such as UserDefaults and files in the app container.

We do not provide a separate Burning Ball account or operate an app-owned cloud database. Deleting the app removes this local information, except for device backups and information controlled separately by Apple or Google.

03

3. Advertising, consent, and tracking choices

Burning Ball uses Google AdMob for app-open ads, interstitial ads, and optional rewarded ads. Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) may present privacy choices based on your region. The app may also request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission after explaining the purpose.

Declining tracking does not prevent you from playing any level, recording gameplay, or using sharing features. Ad availability and personalization may differ.

Depending on consent, device settings, region, and ad services, Google may process IP addresses used to infer approximate location, device identifiers when allowed, advertising data, product interactions, crash logs, and performance data for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, analytics, and SDK operation.

Where available, you may revisit ad consent through the app's Privacy Options and change tracking permission in iOS or iPadOS Settings.

Read Google's Privacy Policy

4. Apple Game Center

Game Center is optional. If you sign in, Burning Ball may submit a successful Level 12 completion time and display player aliases, avatars, scores, and ranks supplied by Apple. The app does not create a separate account or store your Game Center profile on servers operated by the developer.

Apple manages Game Center authentication, account information, leaderboard processing, and retention. You can manage Game Center through Apple device settings.

Read Apple's Privacy Policy

05

5. Gameplay recording, sharing, and Photos

The final challenge is recorded only after you enable recording. Burning Ball uses Apple ReplayKit to capture the app screen and app audio. It does not request camera or microphone permission for gameplay recording.

The recording remains on your device, and an action occurs only when you explicitly choose to save it to Photos, share it, or discard it. Photos add-only permission is requested only when you tap Save. A destination selected in Apple's share sheet applies its own privacy practices.

06

6. Support communications

Burning Ball opens an email draft only after you tap Contact Us. The visible draft may include app version, build number, device model, and operating-system version. Nothing is sent to zhtdeveloperapp@outlook.com unless you choose to send the email.

Do not include passwords, payment information, or other sensitive personal information in support email.

07

7. Retention, deletion, and withdrawal of consent

App-owned gameplay and preference data remains on your device until you clear it through available device controls or delete the app. We cannot remotely access or delete this local data for you.

Google and Apple manage advertising and Game Center data under their own policies and account controls. You can withdraw applicable ad consent through in-app Privacy Options, change ATT permission in system settings, or contact us about information directly controlled by us.

08

8. Children and international users

Burning Ball is intended for a general audience and is not listed in the App Store Kids category. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information directly to us.

Information handled by Apple or Google may be processed outside your country or region. Their privacy policies explain applicable safeguards and transfer practices. Laws where you live may provide additional rights.

09

9. Security and policy changes

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the limited information handled, but no storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We may update this policy when the app, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The updated policy will remain available at this address with a new update date.
