Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms form an agreement between you and Huizhou Yingsong Technology Co., Ltd. By downloading, accessing, or using Burning Ball, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

If local law requires a parent or guardian to consent to your use, you may use the app only with that consent.

2. License to use the app

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Burning Ball on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms, Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, and applicable law.

The app is licensed, not sold. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

3. Ownership

Burning Ball, including its code, branding, interface, artwork, audio, effects, level designs, and documentation, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Apple, Game Center, Google, AdMob, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with, damage, overload, or bypass security or integrity features of the app or related services.
• Do not use automation, exploits, altered clients, or false submissions to manipulate Game Center scores or rankings.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Do not use the app for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activity.

5. Advertising and rewarded features

The app may display app-open and interstitial advertising. Some eligible failures may offer an optional rewarded advertisement that restores one fireball. Availability is not guaranteed, and declining or failing to complete a rewarded ad does not remove normal gameplay choices.

Third-party advertisements and destinations are provided by their operators. Report inappropriate advertising using controls presented with the ad or contact us with enough detail to investigate.

6. Game Center and network services

Game Center is operated by Apple. Authentication, aliases, avatars, leaderboard scores, rank, availability, and account enforcement are subject to Apple's terms and systems.

We may reject or stop submitting scores that appear corrupted, invalid, automated, or inconsistent with the game's rules. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted network, advertising, Game Center, or ranking services.

7. Recordings and content you share

You control whether to record, save, discard, or share gameplay. You retain any rights you have in your personal recording. We do not claim ownership of it.

You are responsible for where and how you share a recording and for complying with the destination platform's rules and applicable law. Do not use a recording to infringe rights, harass others, mislead viewers, or publish unlawful material.

8. Updates, availability, and termination

We may update, rebalance, repair, or discontinue parts of the app to improve safety, compatibility, compliance, or the player experience. Updates may change level behavior or leaderboard comparability.

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, fraud, security, legal requirements, or platform rules. These Terms do not remove rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Burning Ball is provided on an “as available” basis. Device sensors, battery condition, operating-system behavior, network quality, third-party services, and physical surroundings can affect operation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes guarantees, remedies, or consumer protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from unavailable third-party services, lost local progress, user-controlled sharing, or use outside the app's intended purpose.

Our liability is not limited where limitation is prohibited, including for fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the People's Republic of China, without removing mandatory rights that the law of your place of residence does not permit you to waive by contract.

If a dispute occurs, the parties should first attempt to resolve it through the support email, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
